Bay Area Tank & Coating- BAT&C performed internal and external coatings on three (3) aboveground Storage tanks in Northern California. One (1) Sludge Conditioning AST & Two (2) Polymer AST's. After the crew was orientated they began to sandblast the 2 polymer tanks. After the polymer tanks were blasted, BAT&C crew set up to internally line them with Enviroline 405 HT high-build two part epoxy coating system. After the polymer tanks were finished, BAT&C crew began blasting the Sludge Conditioning tank, clean and lined with Enviroline 405 HT high-build two part epoxy coating system. All three of the tanks were externally coated with Sherwin Williams Macropoxy 646.

BAT&C recently inspected and installed an interior lining system for a client in Eastern Washington on (5) five UST's (4) STI-p3 and (1) Split Clad Tank. We de-gas, open and enter confined space; clean out interior of UST's and conduct inspection of the interior steel shell; install a monolithic epoxy lining system as preventative maintainance against corrosion, and reseal lid.

BAT&C recently performed interior repair and installed interior lining in (2) two AST's in southern Oregon. We clean out tanks, sandblast to near white metal profile, weld in patch plates to the floor, and install lining system in both AST's 18" up the sidewall and floor.
